Recruitment Notice for Visiting Scholars
一、機構簡介｜Institution Introduction
香港科技創新發展中心為香港科學技術創新研究院為推動科技創新與產業升級而專門設立的重要學術科研平台，已於香港特別行政區合法註冊成立。本中心積極響應國家建設國際創新科技中心的重大戰略部署，立足香港「背靠祖國、聯通世界」的獨特區位與制度優勢，全力匯聚全球頂尖創新資源，搭建內地與國際接軌的科技合作、學術交流與成果轉化樞紐平台。
中心重點布局人工智能、生命健康、新能源技術、智慧城市、數位經濟等前沿領域，深度整合香港國際化科研體系、頂尖學術資源與粵港澳大灣區產業優勢，推動產、學、研、用深度融合，促進原創性科研突破與產業技術落地，持續助力香港國際創新科技中心建設，服務國家科技自立自強與高質量發展戰略。
The Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Development Center is an official research and innovation platform established by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute to boost technological innovation and industrial upgrading, duly registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In response to the national strategy of building an international innovation and technology hub, the Center leverages Hong Kong’s unique advantages of “support from the motherland and connection to the world” to gather global innovative resources and build an international bridge for Sino-foreign scientific cooperation, academic exchange and research commercialization.
Focusing on artificial intelligence, life health, new energy, smart city and digital economy, the Center integrates Hong Kong’s international research system and Greater Bay Area industrial advantages to promote in-depth industry-university-research integration, drive original scientific breakthroughs and technological implementation, and support Hong Kong’s development as an international innovation and technology centre as well as national high-quality development strategies.
二、招募宗旨｜Recruitment Purpose
為深化國際與兩岸四地學術交流，匯聚全球科研人才，推動跨學科創新研究與產學研協同發展，香港科技創新發展中心現誠邀海內外優秀學者申請來港開展訪問研究與學術交流工作。
To deepen international and cross-region academic exchanges, gather global research talents, and promote interdisciplinary innovative research as well as industry-university-research collaboration, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Development Center invites outstanding scholars worldwide to apply for visiting research and academic exchange programmes in Hong Kong.
三、訪問時長｜Duration of Visit
訪問學者在港駐站交流時間為 6 至 12 個月，申請人可按個人研究計劃彈性申請、靈活調配。
The visiting period ranges from 6 to 12 months, which can be flexibly arranged according to the applicant’s personal research plan.
四、培養費用｜Programme Fee
本項目學術服務、科研指導及平台培養費用為 人民幣 8,000 元至 12,000 元，依訪問時長、研究領域、課題複雜度及配套服務等級核定。
The programme fee covering academic guidance, research support and platform services ranges from RMB 8,000 to 12,000, priced according to visiting duration, research discipline, project complexity and service standards.
五、申請對象｜Eligibility
海內外高校、科研機構、企業研發單位之在職教師、科研人員、博士研究者及具豐富資歷之業界技術專家、高層研究人員。
Eligible applicants include in-service teachers, researchers, PhD scholars and senior industry experts from global universities, research institutions and corporate R&D departments.
六、結業權益｜Completion Benefits
1. 訪問期滿、按要求完成交流任務與學術總結者，由本中心正式頒發 香港訪問學者官方證書。
Upon completion of the visiting programme and academic requirements, an official Hong Kong Visiting Scholar Certificate will be issued by the Center.
2. 本中心可統一協助辦理 海牙國際認證（Apostille Certification），證書具全球通用法律效力，適用於學術履歷認證、職稱評審、海外升學、境外任職資格審核等正式場景。
The Center provides official Apostille Certification service. The certified certificate is globally recognized and applicable for academic verification, professional title evaluation, overseas further study and international employment qualification review.
七、申請須知｜Application Guidelines
1. 本項目為全年常態化招募，隨報隨審、滾動錄取，無固定申請批次。
This is a year-round open recruitment programme with rolling application and review, no fixed intake batches.
2. 所有申請、審核、結業、認證流程均遵循香港學術機構標準，公開透明、合規規範、可查可溯。
All application, review, completion and certification procedures comply with Hong Kong academic institutional standards with full transparency and standardized compliance.
